Welcome to Evolve! We are a community-driven, non-profit yoga organisation in Nuremberg, offering English yoga classes designed to support the international community. Our mission is simple: to help you find balance, strength, and peace through yoga, while fostering connection and mindfulness.At Evolve, our yoga classes don’t end when we step off the mat. We create opportunities to connect with others, develop friendships, and integrate into life in Nuremberg through shared meals and community events. We keep our pricing affordable because we believe yoga should be accessible to everyone, regardless of background or experience.

Join our Sunday morning yoga class from 10am–11am in Rosenau park this summer, followed by breakfast at a local cafe. Build connections, deepen your practice, and enjoy a sense of community.

evolve unwind
Join us every Thursday evening from 7:30pm–8:30pm at Wöhrder Wiese for an all-levels class that invites you to flow through a mindful sequence designed to release tension, restore balance, and bring you back to your breath, all under the open sky.

Start your weekend with intention and presence at our Saturday morning yoga class in Nuremberg Stadtpark from 10am–11am.This class blends Hatha and Vinyasa yoga with elements of breathwork, meditation, and mantra, creating a holistic practice that nurtures strength, flexibility, and mindfulness.

Lisa teaches this class in her native language to support those who feel more comfortable practising yoga in Russian. It is open to everyone, regardless of language background. We aim to create an inclusive, welcoming space with no political intent. At Evolve Nuremberg, we believe yoga should be simple, accessible, and affordable. That’s why, with no studio fees over the summer, we have been able to reduce our pricing, making our yoga classes even more affordable.When you choose a class pass, you’ll also have the chance to connect with like-minded individuals through our community group chat. Aerial is a certified yoga teacher specializing in Vinyasa and Kundalini yoga. Originally from the U.S., she now lives in Germany, where she shares her love of yoga, adventure, and books making here a regular participant in our Evolve Book Club.
iulia
Iulia is a certified yoga teacher in Hatha, Vinyasa, and Yin Yoga. Her classes blend these styles to create a holistic and balanced experience, offering both movement and mindfulness. Iulia’s approach will guide you on your yoga journey with warmth and dedication.
lisa
Lisa teaches a mix of yoga styles, including Vinyasa and Ashtanga. Passionate about sports, hiking, and climbing, she is also an active member of the Evolve community. Lisa brings energy, dedication, and a love of movement to her classes.
ānshū
Ānshū is a passionate yoga teacher dedicated to making yoga accessible and approachable for everyone. Specializing in Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga, Ānshū seamlessly integrates movement, breathwork, Pranayama, Mantras, and Mudras into her practice and teaching.

Alice, co-founder and Managing Director at Evolve, is passionate about connecting people and creating mindful spaces for growth. Originally from the UK, she’s lived abroad for over 15 years. Alice oversees communications and event coordination, driving community engagement and growth with a mission to foster a mindful self-development journey in Nuremberg.
melissa
Melissa, co-founder and Managing Director at Evolve, oversees essential operations including finance and administration. Originally from Canada, she moved to Germany to study and quickly embraced Nuremberg’s international community. Passionate about fostering connection and growth, Melissa loves the vibrant, mindful space Evolve has become.
